Introduction

Dr. Rahul Lahkar has completed his Ph.D in Information Technology from Gauhati University, Assam, India (2025) after completion of Mtech in Information Technology from Department of Information Technology, Gauhati University (2015). He has been working in IIIT Manipur since October 2025, prior to which he worked as an Assistant Professor for eight and half years in the Department of Computer Science, Pub Kamrup College (Affiliated to Gauhati University). His research interests includes Biometrics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Cryptography.
